Our service department also undertake repairs and upgrades on printers, desktops, laptops and servers, either on-site or on a carry in basis.All our services are offered to clients on either an Adhoc basis or under a Service level agreement between both parties. Under the service level agreement, clients pay a monthly fee per device, or as in the case of printers, a fee per page, which includes unlimited call outs to resolve issues and a routine maintenance visit to proactively minimise downturn.
